Unplug the seat, does it blow the fuse? No, then the wiring is ok, it must be the seat. Yes, the wiring is causing the issue, the seat may be ok.

where is the black wire getting hot, near the seat plug?
Already checked wires from plug to head pad, all wires seems ok. Didn’t pull off the carpet yet but saw that black wire is burning near seat plug. Tommorow will check all black wire.

Disconnected seat plug and tried to put in rec fuse. It didn’t blow. So next step would be checking all wires from seat plug to heating mat? Seems a lot of work in the morning tomorrow.

Done. Seat is hot as it should be. Changed wire from seat plug to heat mat plug at the back of the seat. I think wire was broken somewhere or touching seat metal. Thanks for help.

I have one more question. Maybe you know where i can buy rear seats heating buttons with trim? I have twin audio module installed and i need buttons that are under this module. Searched ebay but no results. It’s very rare in my country (Lithuania).
