Vauxhall vectra - Vectra Sri cdti

Hi got a problem with Vectra cdti 16 valve and when I started it after a run it sounded really bad bnd clutch felt funny , put code reader on it and only code was p0340-26 refer to vehicle service manual so looked on line and it said camshaft sensor ? Could it be this or crank sensor how can I test these thanks

Hi could it be sensors or the crank pulley moved as I does not do it all the time , since if if owned the car it's only done it a couple of times , you turn car over and sounds like starter is bad then will fire up but clutch pedal feels funny but if you switch it off and try again it's ok, but this last time I done it the spanner light came and code p0340 came up ?

Hi when I check timing if crank pulley has moved would I see it by lining camshaft pulley and crank pulley would be out a bit, if got timing tools to put in , I can't see it being crank pulley moved because it starts ok when it's cold and seems to start ok when warm , I have got a maxidiag EU 702 and if I go into to parameters bit would it tell me on there thanks

Hi on my Vectra the last few weeks I have had a rattle it sounds like the lifters I changed I'll and filters and still there , I went out today and drove 25 miles and the rattle seemed worse so I pulled away in first gear and revved it round to about 4000 revs and it just stopped revving and revs died down so put it into second gear and seemed to pull well did the cdti 150 engine have trouble with the tappets thanks
