    Default Worcester Bosch 24iRSF HELP!!

Long shot BUT you never know....after the combi boiler overheated I now have no hotwater. The system was low and is now re-filled and semi working. The reset button was ..erm reset .
The central heating comes on ok and I do then sometimes get hot/lukewarm water...BUT without the central heating being on I get nothing.
No signs of life at all. Power light,on the boiler remains constant and does not blink to indicate any faults(tbh not sure if it's supposed too).

So washing the potts is fun atm and as for having a bath....

    ANY helpfull diy suggestions???

Quite possibly your motorised valve at fault
If you can provide me any info on the boiler (serial number, G.C. number) I can ask about (I work in a plumbers merchant) and see if I can get a decent diagnosis for

I have called Worcester Technical for you
They say there could be a couple of different things causing your issue
I have the direct number for their technical - 0330 123 3366 - and have asked that you call them when you are in front of the boiler as they have some tests you can do to diagnose which part is faulty.
Hope this helps mate. If I can do anything else, just let me know

For the tests they can do over the phone you don't need any I.D. just call the technical number and they will helpful. Worcester's after sales are pretty good and the technical are too
That will be only to identify what is wrong and for them to (hopefully) give you a part number for what you need to replace
Technically (in the eyes of the law) you would need to be a registered gas installer to change the part. You need to be even to remove the outer casing, technically!
However, if they give you a part number, PM me and I will speak to a branch of the group I work for that is nearest to you and get you a price, availability and maybe even a good local engineer that the branch know and trust to give you a quote (have to be careful what I put out publicly, so have to give 'proper' advice lol)

    Bug*er
    They said that wouldn't matter
Sorry, I didn't think that would happen
If it is a PCB, the part number is 87161463000 (manufacturers part number)
    If that helps!
