not really, i drove from Portsmouth to Falkirk( 460 miles and around 8 hours driving) through the night with the nighteyes, pretty much non stop( bar the fuel stop - gad damn V6) and never had any issues with them overheating or going off due to the heat.
That’s good time to make my mind up lol
Didn't even know I wanted these until I saw this thread but I've just ordered a set.
My list of work is getting bigger and my time to complete them is getting shorter

What are some good LED side lights to get with these then that don't strobe or cause any issues?
I am 100% convinced that the fan is just for looks and to upgrade the load to a standard 55w bulb equivalent to fool the car into thinking there isn't a blown bulb. Running them in my signum they're great
Just ordered mine, £18 of eBay and delivered on Tuesday
