337mm front brakes - calipers and and carrier kits
guys, the wife's brakes on her Insignia are worn out and really really low.. I do not want to go with just a pad and disk kit as i want to upgrade them to a bigger set to improve the braking.
I have selected the 337mm disk with the dual piston caliper.. Now i have already ordered the disks, pads and shields.
However when it comes to the caliper and carrier set up that is getting more complicated. I can find the calipers to buy but not the carriers as i cannot identify them. I imagine i would also need some clips, bolts etc to be able to mount/fit them..
Does anybody by pure chance have any knowledge of these? Other than going down to a VX dealership and getting them to thumb through the catalogue on screen to see if we could figure out what i need i am running out of ideas. VX parts dept themselves are known to also order the wrong parts from time to time so I cannot 100% trust them...
I need to get these asap and have my mate fit them asap otherwise we end up one a car down until we do..
Any help gratefuly appreciated.. Thanks

as far as im aware the 337mm brakes were only available on the non vxr 2.8 v6 such as the elite .
337 mm calipers and carriers do not come up very often and i suspect new ones will not be cheap at all .
wheni get home i will see what i can dig up regarding part numbers etc
Custom griill, Vx-line bodykit ,gsi boot spoiler, Irmscher evo star 20" alloys , Stainless twin exit exhaust
