Signum 1.9cdti 120 bhp problem!!! Please help!!!

Hi i have signum 1.9cdti 120bhp. When i accelerate slowly car starts jerking from 1800-2500rpm. But when you push hard nothing, no faults on diagnostic. Second problem when car heats up to 90degrees the gear stick get stiff.. Any help??? THANKS

Check the oil level in the gearbox.

I have this problem with the judder but no gearbox problem!!! Any ideas chaps? Egr valve?
