weird noise - 2.8 V6 behind glovebox

What's behind the glove box folks?

I'm getting what can only be described as a random clicking noise.

It's intermittent; pretty loud and will give half a dozen click clicks / knocks before stopping.

Doesn't appear to be a vibration as it can happen when stationary.

Any thoughts?

Not sarcastic at all, that section is where I’ve read solutions to the various issues with the climate systems. Despite the amount of issues I’ve come across on the 2 Vectra’s I’ve owned so far I’ve not been plagued by this, yet.... so as such I can’t give first hand advice.

I can give first hand advice, as the one on the show car finally failed lol probably due to lack of use more than too much use...

I removed glovebox and side panel by the heater to gain access.. mine was the hot/cold mixer servo which failed.

@Dog_Book gave me a good steer . Noise comes back when I press the recirc button and I've located the new part for £59 so looks like I'll be struggling with my driver when it arrives
