Hopefully get to see you all next year,
or at Vauxfest in a few months.
Have a proper chat next time.
I was a VBOA virgin this year... definitely doing it again.
Damn, sorry I never saw you arrive or leave Rob
Maybe I was enjoying the aircon in my car, or feasting on the BBQ food from one of our several excellent chefs, or just mooching the jumble sale when you popped in.
Hopefully next time, and incidentally, if you enjoyed VBOA, you "WILL" also love the HULL Motor Show at the end of August
Check out the thread here, a great Vectra-C relaxing social event if you are so "inclined" as us regulars
EDIT - Damn, I can't find the thread LOL @happypostie , where is it ? Help
Cheers pal

I think you were melting in the back of the gazebo.
I left my wife talking to Kirsty, whilst I took a look for a few friends on other stands...
Came back and you'd gone.
As said though.. there are plenty of opportunities to chat in the months ahead.
Next time I will be less introverted and get someone to introduce me to everyone.
(I am normally a very quiet observer)
Ah possibly Rob ?
I was definitely in "overheating mode" before I decided that I should leave.... wow this was a "hot meet" in more ways than one
Next time then matey And seriously consider Hull , no huge numbers of the forum There, just a few diehard modders/ enthusiasts who appreciate good food banter and nice cars
Cheers pal and @happypostie @plasma .... HELP ? I can't find the HMS thread ?
Cheers
Woody
Looks like I am definitely doing VauxFest on Saturday 1st September 2018.
Apparently the general idea is that there is no specific grouping / organisation of the cars.
You simply park next to the car you follow in through the gate.
Except -
I am in talks with Vauxfest to have all Mk3 Cavaliers / Vectra-As grouped together in an area of their own as a tribute / celebration of 30 years since the launch of those specific models.
This was my car at VBOA in general parking.
So I will see you there.
I cannot not be there if I have agreed special arrangements.
Right put tapatalk on this phone to see if i can get the pics on properly this time
Kids seemed to enjoy it despite the heat, so a few pics of them too lol
