If i was you, i would just add the how2's in bulk to the forum here... the admins might just find a way of being able to have them uploaded without causing a problem with copyright blah blah...

The how 2s are mostly mine, and up to now freely available on OpCom.
So no issues with copyrights.
They are though - all in pdf format.
yeah I figured they would be in PDF doesn't matter really if they are available you still need to make an account on a forum that is soon the be turned off, i was going to do just that, but than thought it is of no use... as i found some of the how2's than asked someone and got them in a zip file and now have all of them...
That is all good then...
I just wanted to ensure that my friends on here were given the opportunity to download any how 2s or guides before they disappear for ever.
And also to answer the title of this topic...
Which someone is bound to ask when it is too late.
As for making an account - it is a free site to join, so it is only the hassle of signing up and waiting for approval.
Which is often my job anyway.

I have justed downloaded all the files and folders for my own database.

Yeah same feeling here but i'm not planning on abandoning the veccy just yet so just making sure i can take care of it the best way possible( i'm even hunting down a tech2/GDI cable) and thanks for the quick approval
thanks i did a check and found that i mostly had them all... i just went and downloaded the how2's that you don't need opcom for... found some bits i hadn't seen before but put them all in one big zip folder always handy for reference, and i wouldn't have done that if the lot wasn't going to be gone soon.

nope i'm watching a few others and trying to get it through a mate that has it but is just sitting on it... he'll never buy a GM car again as he is well happy with his VAG cars at the moment... so trying to get it of him but he hasn't said yes yet... he always has some excuse but the last time he used it was 6 years ago when he had bought the wife a Meriva to run around in, and he didn't even use it, I did... as he doesn't get his hands dirty anymore (he shouldn't as he is retired now, and can't deal with laying under cars etc) so just hoping he finally tells me to come pick it up..
