Ok so I got a quote for swirl flap removed and dpf delete from the ecu for £429 inc vat.

this is dependant on me actually removing the swirl flaps from the spindle leaving the spindle in place, the quote came in at £654 if I let them completely remove the swirl flaps and that includes the complete removal and plugging the holes.

Tbh I get the dpf deleted as well so it’s not ever a problem again.

Not sure if this is the same thing. I had a map from Teapot. pretty sure he does something with the swirl flaps from the ECU side. Mine were glued open but ill be getting a cap set i think and will be capping them off. Cap set is about £30? so will be very cheap if you know someone good with cars. although i may be on about something completely different?
