how do i tell if my vauxhall vectra 2016 19 tdi sri (150 ) 2006 as be remap ect,ect

my vauxhall vectra 2006 19 tdi sri (150 )
i got some to read my ecu on friday
the phone me back today monday saying my car is around about 175bhp and there can get up to 200bhp
will i feelin the power if i get that done ? ppl sayin 200bhp i need new clutch all the time bez it fock them at 200bhp :S is that right ?
im new to all this
any help and info plz

The best help you can get is look yourself in this section as loads have been done with these engines and all the correct info in around here

No, the clutch is rated by torque not power and will take 380lbft but could take 380bhp with that torque. 200bhp means pushing the turbo very hard and risking failure in my opinion based on extensive testing. They can not tell what power it is making from the map, so they are talking dribble to take your money.

if buy a big turbo will it be ok then ? and what turbo do i buy ? how much are them ?

I hate to say it, but We told you so.... The remapper you used just lied to get you to part with your money.

I offered a better solution which would have meant you wouldn't pay me anything unless I could make a significant improvement in the mapping. If there was an underlying fault I would find it and advise how to fix it, rather than just blindly sell you a new remap that makes no difference.

In amongst their ramblings they did offer some good advice, but unfortunately you decided to go ahead and get a remap and can not feel any difference...

You would have been better getting the file read and one of our tuners on here having a look for you to advise how modified the file was, even then they cannot say what power it would produce as they dont know your car or any faults it may have which would mean the car / map not performing at its best...

Uhmmm can't see any bullying, you need to show some backbone mate when you asked for advise, you got some of the best advise you could've gotten and you than blatantly ignore it ... people will say told you so (mostly not in a nice way).. and that would be on any forum.
If you are a moderator on several forums, the least you could do is type proper English, there are loads of foreign members on here that'll have to try and understand what you've typed and some of them won't get half of it because they aren't familiar with your lingo...

Other than that i'm glad the problem is sorted and your car runs how it should.
