Might as well start a diary thread to track progress on the tow car. It’s a 2007 1.9CDTi (150) Elite with park pilot as the only factory extra. This will be my wife’s daily driver as well as a caravan puller.

Done so initially...

Replaced chrome door strips
Replaced arm rest.
Replaced internal door handle.
Gave it a good clean

Thanks to Paul today for the remap and enabling my twin audio and trailer module. Car is a proper sleeper now.

keep an eye out for the pre-face 'extras'.

additional securing hooks just inside the back doors, you'll see the blanks.
boot floor handle with securing strap to hold the floor up.
ashtray lamp, of course.
boot lid 'kerb light'
there'll be more I've forgotten.

Cool, thank you. This is a whole new learning curve. I’ve seen a few in the scrap yards with the full roof storage bin but not sure how much of a nightmare it would be to swap the headlining over.
