If that is the case it can only mean that the brake master servo is gone... this is the metal cylinder under the brake fluid reservoir... i would get one of a scrappy and replace it... maybe a valve is stuck or it needs bleeding... and AFAIK the vectra c is know to be very hard to bleed right so keep at it it might just be air stuck somewhere..

just been on fone to a pal that works at garage and from what he's saying the flywheel they sent me is the wrong one it's for a older vec

now that is messed up, these days you wouldn't expect them to get that wrong... you should've compared the parts after you'd taken out the old one... i always do that... thickness, depth and if the teeth line up with the starter motor.. if one of them is off than it's the wrong one for the car.
