When you say "no gears", what exactly do you mean?

Do you mean the clutch isn't working and won't let you engage gears when you push the pedal down? (with engine running)

Or do you mean that you can engage the gears ok, but there's no drive when you let the pedal back up?

With the engine off, can you select it in/out of gears ok?

Yea when engine running it won't engage . I've bled the brakes and there's no air in there . I've had the engine out 3 times now it's driving me mad

Surely you mean you bled the clutch CSC (concentric slave cylinder)?

Any chance you might have put the friction plate in backwards?

If your 100% positive the clutch is bled properly, and everything was assembled the correct way round, then I’m about stumped too fella.

Was it it a complete new flywheel & clutch assembly you fitted? The flywheel and clutch are definitely compatible?

Removed the wee blanking cap from the end of the slave cylinder connection/pipe before installing it?

When I had a new clutch fitted to my Insignia, there was a big warning on the packaging to say to make sure and remove it before fitting.

    (clutching at straws now....... )
