Local Tech2 to activate BC

Hi all!

Just got myself a Vectra C '08 with CDC40. Has a lot more bells than the '04 Mondeo LX I had to part with. The Vectra is great, enjoying it so far but was a bit gutted to find it doesn't even have the mpg etc enabled on the BC. So after a fair bit of reading I've gathered it's possible to activate the extra info using Tech2 and a bit of code in a few mins if you know what you are doing!

Trouble is I don't have either... Just wondering if there's anyone local to Leicester who might be able to help me out with this? I don't mind travelling out of Leics, depends how far obviously.

Haha...I'm no expert, but I'm guessing that means not a good idea?! Honestly some of it is over my head, but from what I've read I know it can be done pretty easily with Tech2 if you know what you are doing. As for other systems I'm not too sure at the minute...(advice appreciated!)

Can be done with Vauxcom and if I remember correctly it's a code setting for a full canbus colour or mono screen (CID / GID) that's needed.
