Have you got access to the HOW2 section?

Disconnect the mass air flow sensor and remove plenum. It comes off on about six screws. You will need a long, narrow Torx (cannot remember size) driver. There is no need to take the top off the plenum, as per the How To. You do not need to disconnect the petrol pipe, coolant pipe, vacuum pipes or the injector loom. You can prop the plenum up out of the way as you work on each bank in turn. Be sure to cover the lower inlet manifold with some cloths to avoid screws or other foreign objects that might get dropped entering the inlet system. Disconnect and remove the coil packs. Remove and replace the spark plugs. Replace coil packs, plenum and mass air flow sensor. Reconnect air hoses. Job done. It should be a couple of hours' work.
