If you do go and see the Monkeys don't have anything shiny or remotely looking like food, because they 'will' fight you for it.

The Anchor bar, just at the docks. Good place to flush that salt taste from your mouth when you get off the ship, "that's if your going by ship, lol."

Sorry, that's all I managed to see when I was there....

    It's not an island.

The tunnels are pretty impressive, so is the public road across the airport runway. The runway extends out to sea, which is a bit strange when you land and you can only see water out of the windows !.

Went there many years ago. Is Rockefella night club still there?? The rock apes are funny and will steal anything loose.

Some nice pubs etc, have a beer in the sun. It is fairly small though.

Have a great time, I did when I was there.

Well I've been and got back...7 days at sea with three days in Gib! I went out with the crew on the first night...IIRC!

Second day was quieter and the last day I was a tourist as the ship had sailed.

Great place, I understand it's importance now. The airport was something else, and I found my comfort limit on the cable car up the rock!

The big thing with the navy lads was the Donkey's Flip Flop bar now called the Captains Table (I think) where they do a drink called JC. No idea whats in it and I've no idea how much I had! My kidney is still not talking to me!

Shopping was good. Could get used to cars driving on the right though. I've a couple of good photies for tonight.

    Default Gibraltar

Playing chicken- walking slowly across the airport runway as a plane's coming into land seems to liven the locals up!!!!

Don't know if the border's any better but apart frrom winding up the Spanish on the border there's not much else but drinking and chasing monkeys!!!!

    Oh and the boats out!!
