Ooh - not good. If it's the whole unit that's had it, you will want to be sitting down when you make that phone call - they aren't cheap.

Old glass was sticking the motor where it was broke, the electrics are fine!

Just a new bit of glass for me then......

/makes note to take more care when reversing in future.....
