    Default Glass Cleaner?

What's the difference (if any) between a car specific product, something like AG Fast Glass and a household glass cleaner like windolene or Mr Muscle, which are a fraction of the price?

Well Paul I don't know about being a fraction of the price, possibly when compared to Halfords prices but........Megs Glass Cleaner Concentrate is only £12 for a gallon........seems like good value to me

I've heard of using vinegar to clean glass, but how and with what do you apply it, polish it off etc.

Just use kitchen roll or blue roll (you know the heavy duty type) if you can get hold of it.
Just spray the glass and wipe it off. It evaporates quickly and it's much better than your average 'glass cleaner'. You get perfection every time. Trust me.
I pay 99p for a spray bottle out of Wilkinsons and it goes a very long way.
