Been hit in the rear and need new bootlid and bumper but I have questions.
Will a vectra bootlid fit into a vec c boot for transport.
Also, any tech2 required for new boot lid lock motor ?

Thanks for replying.
I presume it fits sideways ?
Just need to find one now.
I’m near 100% sure I fitted one in my hatch but might be best to wait for others to confirm for sure.

measure your boot to see if there is enough space with seats down should give you an idea
just put some old blankets across your boot opening, and go with trial and error.
it will almost certainly fit, but it may be quite a headscratcher working out how!
I'd start with offering it into the boot side on, and held in its natural 'closed' position, so the hinges are up near the top right of the opening, and the lock is bottom left.
hope that makes sense?
I'd go with at least 3 people to handle it safely into position.
because........SIGNUM!
Thanks for the replies. Hope it fits as it's a 2 hour drive to collect it.
Well long story short.
Hatchback bootlid does NOT fit into a hatchback boot lol.
Tried every which way and could not get I to fit in.
Not a wasted journey as I got my replacement bumper for a bargain.
Anyways. Fyi.
Thought about it lol
