Default I've been robbed, I'll kill em if i find em

Just started to go through my online bank statements and a total of 9 or 10 transactions I didn't make, ouch about £200 all in small amounts over 2 weeks the crafty bu***rs.

Mostly to online gaming sites and one to pay O2 for a top up so I am hoping that one gives them away. It gave it away to me because we are all on Orange one on contract and one on PAYG. Thought they had my pin too but the bank just confirmed that they were all with customer not present or online purchase. One of them is World of Warcraft & the bank think I am addicted to it but hang on a minute at £15 quid a shot do you think I'd pay that 3 times in one day thats like 3 months rental for things like these.

Anyone know how much these things actually cost. I've paid them about £90 over a week.

Yikes! You had your card cloned somewhere? - like the one that affected parts of the South East not too long ago.

    Christ, the cheeky gits!

There must be a trail with the phone topup. o2 should be able to find the transaction and match the card number to a voucher number, then check their records to find what phone number the voucher was used on then track the phone number to find the culprit?? I'd get on to o2 and ask them what they can do.

wife had hers done, had to pay the full bill while they investigated - sneaky ****** kept buying one online cinema ticket to see if the card was blocked, then use it for a high value transaction. Funny bit was after we had got refund some of the stuff the thief had ordered online was out of stock - we got fraudulent credit back onto our card. This time they believed me straight away and didnt need to investigate.

Cash boys cash, can't beat it, you have to realise that everytime you pull the card out you are at the mercy of some dumb nipper who thinks the extra £50 they make a week is hardcore.

If you have any doubts, cancel the card and get it replaced. Then complain to your bank about security, and they will pay you back what you have lost.

We got done for £150 as O2 payments a while ago. Give Natwest their credit though, I realised what happened whilst reconciling in MS Money at 12:15 am and phoned them up straightaway. Card cancelled 30 seconds later and 2 weeks later money back in my account.

Felt a bit bad about the £30 donation to Unicef though, but hey - I give to charity myself, I don't need scumbags doing it on my behalf. Good job I checked when I did though, I normally reconcile 2-3 times weekly but this time I'd had a week off and they'd done 5 payments. Looked like they were ramping it up as well, caught them in time. All cardholder not present transactions.

I got done a couple of months ago to the tune of £3k. Lloyds were brilliant. As soon as I rang up they cancelled the card straight away and new ones were in the post. They said I did not have to pay the unidentified transactions. Just had to sign a declaration. All transactions were internet based.
