is this based around standard internals, basically just more air and more fuel added, or does it go deeper than that?

The block, bottom end, top end, pistons, dual mass flywheel are all standard. The inlet manifold, injectors, fuel pump, clutch and turbo are uprated along with different sensors and pipework. It actually did two back to back runs of 301.9bhp/452.4lbft then 303.5bhp/456.3lbft. The air filter is a standard paper item too, so there is plenty of scope for more power but I have achieved my aims and made more power and torque than anybody else I know of on a dyno they don't own.

It doesn't smoke off sports at 210bhp 350lbft but there is smoke on sports, not as much as you might expect though.

I've answered your 'question'. I work on lots of cars for people and companies, I've produced several car just under the mark but thid is the first to exceed 300bhp.
Now now girls, this could be really interesting knowing what's been done and how. Any pictures of the engine as I'd assume it's got a different turbo and other stuff
