Z30DT wont start

Been havin problems lately as per my other posts on here .
At first thought i might be having SCVs problems but convinced now that there ok.
A m8 of mine took out the in tank fuel filter and cleaned it about a month ago i done about 500 trouble free miles untiil two days ago then started running like crap.
any way i have removed and replace the in tank fuel filter myself today and .......... cant get the thing to start.
any ideas plz I flatted me battery and tried jump starting for ages but still nowt.

You have prob got an air lock you will need to crack on injector off at a time turn the car over till fuel comes out tighten it up fill fuel canister up in engine bay repeat for other 5 injectors making sure each time you fill the fuel filter housing up. Fill it up after last injector the try and start it with you accelerator pressed 50% of way down.
