im thinkin about gettin one soon, i think they look amazin.
ive got the cda-9855r at the minute and have always had alpine, sound quality is awesome.
i used to have the 9850ri and loved the sound, not actually seen this in real but i think it will look good with the knob in the middle like the cd30
That looks the business. What I know about ICE you could write on a pin head, but that looks like an amazing piece of kit.
Go get one, you know you have to.
looks a nice piece of kit mate.
Have had a play with one of these they are awsome mate. They got a usb port so you can plug in mp3 players or the latest version of the ipod, 5th generation. The mini which i have dosnt work via this conection but you can buy a lead part no kce-422i (which the 9850ri, 9833rb etc comes with) to plug it into the head unit which works the same way. It has a color screen which is very clear & the unit is easy enough to use. I have one problem though cant make me mind up between this or a dvd
Alpine head units are the business when it comes to sound quality. I used to swear by kenwood but tried alpine and noticed the better quality and detail of the sound! So I'll keep with alpine from now on so I'd recommend it!!
I fitted one of these to a mates car as soon as they hit the shelves as there was going to be mass UK shortage as all launch orders were taken & back orders were building up big time.
Yeah it's a great stereo & so easy to navigate your Ipod with.
Was going to use the 9831 I recently picked up off Jon until these became available but whilst at my mates shop the other day who's an Alpine main dealer I was suprised to see he had hem sat on the shelf. It turns out he's one of the few dealers in the country to be getting them at the moment so I'm desperately trying to sell the 9831 on now & scrape some cash together.
Looks the dogs danglies, that!
How much do you actually use the controls on your ipod though? I find that I stick it on and just let it play....so the 3.5mm jack on my HU is perfect for me.
