Cd70 navigation issue

Hi appoligies first all new to this and to be honest not got of a clue what I'm doing.

However my navigation disc won't read says it's the wrong disc it played up a few years ago then worked fine now nothing. Any ideas I was wondering if the laser might of moved or disc now to old. Would really appreciate anyone's help thanks

Take the drive out and use a cotton bud
