Note that april/may or september might be best. It gets a bit hot and I suspect also very busy in mid summer. Obviously october-march should be avoided due to damp/inclement surface conditions, although there are of course exceptions.
Before i can think about is what's the costs like? And do i need a passport as i thought it was free movement etc? Also insurance on the ring costs?
I've got no idea where to search or who to ask. Give me an engineering drawing and specs and i can find my way, not this kind of ****

Until Dictator May completes her brexit plans, you should be able to travel with suitable identification. But a passport is easy to get and makes things easier.
Based on past experience, a complete trip with 5+ friends renting a holiday home for 3 nights and taking 4 laps of the ring costs around £500-600 depending on how/where you choose to eat and drink.
Laps are 30 euros each.
