For 2.0T Signum or Vectras

Just got an E mail off abbott racing about seriously tuning my car, I know some have the BSR remap but I was wanting more (220+BHP). They've stated that their Hi flow turbo

Upgraded Mitzubishi TD4 H-18T Turbo. Part No. FEN005. £425.00 Exchange

A new exhaust and their custom remap, I could be realistically be looking at 240-250BHP. I also want to change the intercooler for

Hi Flow Intercooler - 10BHP Increase - Part Number: EEN014 Price £495.00 PROMOTIONAL OFFER, NORMALLY £525.00

However this is for a Saab 9-5 and he needs to see the car to check the space. So guess were I'm going after I've been to Germany

so is that just short of £1000 to get to about 250 bhp

Possibly more as there was no price on the exhaust all in I would be looking at £1300- £1500 maximum with the intercooler. Anything more and its over my budget at the moment. just the turbo/exhaust and remap and yeah I would be looking at £1000. The turbo uses existing oilfeeds and connections as well so its a straight swap

Interesting their Trophy Blue. One question about the Mitsi turbo. Being bigger is it going to have bigger lag on take off - or is it of the variable geometry type? I like the liveliness of the Garrett one we have as standard. Minimal lag and keeps it's boost reasonably well up into the revs.

I'd like to see what all that cost (exhaust and remap) as the £425 (I assume) is just the turbo exchange?

I'm waiting to see if/when BSR bring out Stage 3 for ours - that'll be 240bhp for me and hopefully not silly money to upgrade.

Just asked abbottsport for a detailed price list and exactly how much BHP I will gain. Just been onto the BSR site and seen the tuning for the 2.8 V6Turbo - 285BHP

Niiiice! apparently its not quite ready but will be delivered to yuor home when they've finished.

you will have to wait for ever Duncan :/ i gave allready some pressure via
BSR´s Finland reseller but with a bad answer...there are no attention to do stage 2 or 3 to vectra 2.0T in the near future...maybe they would need more people asking that specific product...
