What kind of price would I be talking for one that's is already welded and who could supply me.. Thanks

I paid £150 for supply/fit for a welded one.

I paid £40 for m8ne to be welded by the fella who repairs alloy wheels. I last heard it was about £40 for the inlet from the scrappy not 100% on price to be fitted as my mate done a ton of work at the same time as the manifold.
