    Default Tunit for V6 cdti

Has anyone had this fitted to their V6 cdti? The factory setting is 5 out of 0 -10. I haven't tried changing it, as the performance is amazing. Puts my previous chipped 2.5 V6 to shame. Any info on power/economy?

I believe that figures of 220bhp and 386lb/ft of torque were being uttered.

Townsend do me one favour don’t mess with the box
    Leave well alone

vectra-c and the N/West did a rolling road day with Diesel car mag at tunit
Every thing was great until us as in me and tunit turned the box up to 7 and all the power went to 197bhp
It took 20mins on the R/Rd and new profiles to get her back to only 218bhp
    Now it’s back to 200.4bhp-320ftlb

That is the only thing that has happened
    No over gassing
No limp home mode not like a lot of other boxes

I have just do some test work with another box several R/R runs
One run as standard, one with tunit on, and few with another box on which did not work out as we thought it would of on 3.0cdti

But still no patch on the tunit box

I have had my on for over 2 years now at a cost of £450
You pay for what you get

    Good luck with the box

I have a tunit, used it before and after the remap. Found that I could push it all the way to level 9 (the max on my CR3 tunit) without limp home mode once I modded the air box but only about 7 without.

Did have to change it down sometimes in very hot weather.
