Rear control arm bushes, where to start and what's the parts No, please??
I have a Vectra SRI 120 with a 2005 plate on, for a while now and my veccy suffering from ( handling like a boat) symptoms plus feeling every single hole and bump in the road which five the feeling as someone is hitting with a hammer the body of the car from underneath, also the movement on the rear wheel in the 6-12 position and the 3-9 too, so after a lot of reading and researching on here and watching loads of YouTube I decided to start working on fixing this problem.
I have fitted a rear shock absorbers which was far easier than topping up the screen washer lol. The I have noticed the worn bushes on the control arm and I took a few pics

This is the upper arm bushe.
Can anyone help me with theses parts No and if a link of somewhere I can buy them from,. The bushes are really f...d that I can't identify how they actually look like.
Also I would appreciate it if anyone can direct me to where else to check to sort out this rough ride.
One more thing on the list I found, the front driver side

Buy the complete arms for peanuts on eBay, not an easy job as it's best to remove the rear subframe to get it done, whilst doing it it'll be worth replacing the brake pipe that runs across the back if it's not been done already

bit extreme lol, only 30mins a side with the subframe on.. If your gonna drop a subframe might as well build up a spare one with new parts on
Plasma's Tech2 services are now open and able to provide services

I had to replace the brake pipe that goes across it at the same time hence dropping the subframe

The tyres might not help as they look like m+s ones.

The tyres been there since I bought the car last year and you're right they need changing, but they are not the main issue atm.
The cocktail of manhole everywhere on the lil country lane I take daily twice to work and back, plus my style of driving definitely doesn't help I admit add to it the car done 110K miles and seems like nothing of the suspension system been changed. So I have done my homework and found the parts I need to change, also bought the tool for the bushes and yesterday I have jaked up the car to see how hard /easy the job will be, also gave the bolts plenty of DW-40 and took a few off and back again. So now everything is just ready for the pay day to order the parts and get the job done. After that will save some pounds for a set of new tyres.
I will try to put everything in details on here with photos to help everyone else.

@Dog_Book & @plasma can I replace only the banana arm bushes or do I have to replace the whole arm itself. I'm struggling to find the right bushes apart from the powerflex to kit.
Any links to buy it from, or the bushe part numbers will be much appreciated as all the threads on here are old and links are not working. Thanks

Ask a dealer for the part numbers and speak to GPS too. You can get numbers yourself from ecat24 put your vin in. If only fit genuine or powerflex anyway so if the bushes are not available as a spare from gm I'd just buy a new arm from GPS

Thanks @Dog_Book. I have been on ecat24, I got the numbers for the other bushes I need but not the banana arm bushes. Seems like to get OE part, I have to buy the whole arm itself, but I found aftermarket bushes which I will try and if it didn't work, then a whole banana arm is on the shopping list.
Has anyone came across this website autodoc.co.uk, they have parts from a big brands for a reasonable price, I'm planning on using them the next time
