This is not the homework section, is it? And no, it is not, otherwise @
Dog_Book would ask you to post in the relevant section!
I wouldn't im not a moderator, i don't recall ever asking anyone to post in the right place but someone posting a troubleshooting issue outside that section tells me they have not even looked in it let alone read the titles so pointing them to that section gives them a chance to help themselves does it not?

Kaliope, you need to be aware that when you ask a question such as the one above, the answer will only apply to English as spoken in the South East of England. In areas further north than Milton Keynes or further west than Oxford and in the other nations that make up the UK, the answer to your question would typically be something like "Ay up way ay wheres mee ferret like init get orf moi land lass ee by gum".

Is it true that BrE speakers use 'meet with' with situations rather than people? This is what an American showed me. So what would a BrE speaker say for these?

Non-natives often confuse '****' and 'can't' pronunciation wise. Can you have a listen here at 5:32 and say whether 'can't' sounds correctly or do you rather hear a swear word?
The teacher is explaining how to make negative forms from 'have', 'should' and 'can', that is, 'haven't', 'shouldn't' and 'can't'. So, does his 'can't' sound like 'can't' should sound?
