Estate sri XP v Hatch sri XP

The estate has a bigger wheel base, just about 5" longer than the hatch i think, but does it get more rear leg room too ? now i know there is a Vectra replacment some time next year, but i really like the look of the VXR styling kit & those 19" alloys, my Vecy is a sri nav and i brought it when it was 6 mnth old on a 56 plate, i could't find one with the XP in silver at the time, and i didn't want to shell out on new because it was my first steps into a VX, now i know all the pro's and cons i'm tempted to order one !
should i get a : sri nav XP estate ? or a sri nav XP hatch ? it will have to be a diesel again and silver, have a power roof and a tow pack as a factory option ! if there is more rear leg room in the estate then thats the one, but if they are the same then i carnt decide ! what do you lot think on this ?

Legroom is Omegarish in the back

Residuals say buy an estate.

Dark colours are nicest, Black,Blue and Pommigranite, which imo looks the nutz and there aren't many around.

Go see the dealer and ask about pre reg'ing one, my mate has just got a automatic CDTi estate design with roof for 17k from a main agent, if you can't get any joy, PM me and I'll ask what I can get you, you'll need to come south for it though.

It'll ave to be a Signum for room in the back! Can have a party with front seats fully back!

Estate XP, Don't bother with the nav, buy a Tom Tom.

I was very tempted by one the other day, actually found it with the colour I wanted (Digital Green) but it was a 1.8 petrol.

Walked off in a right huff!

Thanks for that m8, might take you up on that, have you seen the new colour : Peacock ? i think ive seen a Zafira in it ! looks classy !

They look massive ! i would like to try a 2.2 direct petrol, just to see how they drive, depends on how much fuel they like !

Signum & estate have exactly the same rear leg room as they have the same floor. Which is longer than the hatch.

I've had a chat with my mate, and he says it's a family thing only, I know for a fact it isn't it's just the billy they've given him to make him feel special, but if you do need some help I have another connection who works for a dealer network who may be able to fix something up, and it'll be more local to you as well.
