Z30dt - p1243-06 swirl level control solinoid valve low voltage

I had this problem a while now and it's doing my head in! I want to get it fixed/ serviced so I can go get the get/Dpd removed and remapped!

basicly get eml light then engine management, no power and when stood still at idle it revs up to 1000rpm ....

looked at it AGAIN tonight and as an experiment unplugged egr and new code for low voltage to egr come up, so put back and cleared code, then unplugged the lead to the swirl control solinoid (the one for the front bank next to the egr) and nothing changed so I'm thinking either that one, or the one for other bank under the turbo or both are faulty or broke...

anyone got experiance with this? Got part numbers? Can you change just that solinoid ?

The solenoid is the one that supplies vacuum to the swirl baines. The electrical connection plugs on the side of the swirl valves are the position feedback wipers.
