Info on '04' Elite V6 CDTi

Hi guys, I want to change my current car (Freelander) to a Vectra. The particular model I want is the 3.0 V6 CDTi Elite auto, 5dr hatch in black or silver. Age or mileage are not massively important to me, but my budget only goes as high as about £11k.

I figure I want a car that at least 18 months old, to suck up the initial depreciation, is this wise/recommended?

although, living in Sheffield, it might be a bit of a trek! Could someone have a quick look at this to see if it would be suitable and whether or not the price is reasonable. I may not go for this particular car, but its just about the exact car I want. (Unless you tell me otherwise!!)

And finally, what sort of kit will this come with? I have read about a spec drop within recent history, will this be affected? (reg'd 03 2004) Does anyone know whether it will have the 5 or 6 speed auto' box, or was this an owner-option?

Sorry for all the questions, but in my experience its these little details that dealers have no clue about.

i can't get the page to load so can't comment on price, but on an 2003 Elite i think you'll have all the toys, it's only the later models that suffered from vxl penny pinching

I've edited the link, should work now. If not, its a 2004 Elite V6 CDTi auto, 35K miles at £9995.

It seems reasonable to me, any thoughts?

It looks nice, but its a trade-in at a dealers I'm after. Still have finance, y'see.

will deffo have all the toys on an 04, mine did... inc memory elec seats.. may not have sat nav though.... if it does it'll be the ncdc 2013 unit
