2.0t Z20net decats and sports cats!

Evening all!

If your tuning up your 2.0 turbo (Z20net) then you've probably heard a 3" downpipe makes a big difference to the spool time and power you can achieve.

If you've looked into buying an off the shelf downpipe from BSR or maptun then you will have seen they are £500-600 odd quid!

Well if you head over to the Z20net Facebook group there is a chap named Carl Aldred who makes 3" downpipes for our cars as he is a pipe welder by trade! And he is about to make another batch (he doesn't make them all the time).

Prices will depend on numbers but last time I believe the sports cats were around £320 and the decats £280 but the more people buying the better the price! So don't quote me on these as they are subject to change!

I think he asks for a £100 deposit to secure and balance when all the pipes are made!

I can add details as they are given on the group if anyone's interested? I'm certainly having a sports cat from him!

I have cleared this with admin (@plasma) via pm to check it was okay!
