He had sex in public and was convicted of lewd acts in public... As far as I'm aware doesnt make him sex offender?

Oh dear... You don't have to be a Peado or a Rapist to be a sex offender. And he never had sex in a public place. He plead no contest to playing the "Show me yours and ill show you mine" game. If you wish to have a C0ck Bashing game with another guy you do it in the privacy of your own home, and not in a public toilet where normal people and children may frequent. And btw If you have sex in a public place, get caught and plead or are found guilty you do go on the sex offenders register.

Heres a list of the crimes that in the UK comes under the Sexual Offences Act, all of which will land you on the ex offenders register. Whilst I accept that this happened in the US of A in my book a spade is still a spade.

Totally agree with you @Das.
It seems my comment of "have you inside Intel" isn't appropriate either. Considering @plasma I was referring to @Das what he dies for a living.

It seems that anything that's posted by certain members nowadays is deemed inappropriate or going too far.
