Paint by @new boy
- Front bumper repaired from bad gouge and stone chips. New headlight washers installed as old ones did not fully retract.
- Rear bumper repaired from someone bumping into it last year and previous owner damage in the middle and various bad paintwork.
- Tailgate reworked to remove rust and dents from previous owners.
- Rear OS wing re-worked from poor previous repair.
- OS section above doors along roof line to remove small dents at the rear and cover a dent straight down above driver door.
- Both front wings re-sprayed and slight dent in NS wing for better finish from worn paintwork. Wings painted on the insides to give factory look as these were used wings so had some bare unsprayed sections.
- Both front window trims bad stone chips and corrosion.
- All door mirror covers.
- NS headlight graze in cover polished out or as near as can be, its virtually unnoticeable now.
- Front and rear bumpers were fully stripped down of every removable part excluding the lower skirt sections. This ensured a like new finish and did not allow paint to pool in ridges unlike some cheap quick paint jobs. New badges fitted front and back. The whole job was over half as cheap as booking into a bodyshop reception so no courtesy car. All genuine parts used sourced mostly from GPS.
I have 113+ photos should anyone want any in detail there's to much to load up here. And i was fed with nice sandwiches when i had to visit to swap the shafts during the 'shaft saga'

If it can be its blacker than black now it really is. The fresh paint has made a big difference and i certainly can't tell its had more layers of paint.

- Denso spark plugs fitted same day after the MOT as it had been missing for a few days so badly the error No4 cylinder came up. Passed MOT emissions on the limit and as seen the emissions disappeared after they had been swapped, makes me wonder why its such a high tax band These come recommended by Nick150. I also took the liberty of measuring and ordering new o rings for the evap and breather connections at the back of the plenum chamber.
- Yes its easier if you just disconnect everything around the chamber and lift the whole thing away.

did you only change the 1 plug???
- Exhaust heat shield retainer replaced, due to corrosion on the stud the thread had to be closed on the retainer to help it grip and sikaflex used behind the metalwork and outside as its grips really well and wont allow it fall off or rattle.
- Rear bumper lower clips replaced with 2 new that i had in stock from my first Vectra.
