    • Tailgate glass replaced as it was scratched to hell and 2 lines didn't work even after a repair. New genuine blade fitted too ensure no scratches transferred over from old one.

After only 8 months after I changed the rear glass the scratches were back. If you don't want them back, never use the wiper when it's not wet enough and/or after dirt is on the glass. Otherwise you will end up with a scratched new back glass again.

    That means never then

But remember when i say really bad scratches it was an 11-12 year old piece of glass from the donor car for the privacy glass.

I bought the car with the scratches on the rear glass. I always said I should change it, but that reason alone wasn't enough. Well, after an unwanted incident I was forced to replace the rear glass and I said to myself "that's it! I get rid of the scratches for good!"

    The rest is history.

I find the original bosch ones i get for the rear of our estate only last a couple of months if i'm lucky ,totaly fed up replacing them . I have wondered about getting a new rear screen and also wondered if i can get it through my insurance if it gets hit with a brick without affecting my ncb.
