    Default Uneven Road Surface and Getting a distant knock from the front....

    Im suspecting its the front Drop Links/Stabiliser Rod...

    Would anyone agree?

    Also, seeing as ECP have up to 69% off, im thinking about ordering a couple.

    There are 4 brands available, are they all about the same or is there any that I should avoid?

    Q-Drive;
    Lemforder;
    OCAP
    TRW.

    Many thanks,
    G.

    I had this only 2 weeks ago..... Exactly the same symptoms.....Most if the noise coming from the n/s.

    Turns out the o/s drop links was goosed.

    I had meyle HD on mine...Were about 4 years old so they done what they said they do - 4 years gaurantee.

    I replaced them with Moog HD drop links.

    Moog and Meyle, not names I have heard of but knowing your knowledge as you do I guess they are top notch.

    Yeh, its a weird noise, like a hollow bobbling, not major, but just niggles at me!

    What do you think of the ECP ones? Keen to take advantage of the massive discounts.

    Standrad Vauxhall ones are £43 inc VAT.
    Q-Drive are £28 delivered.

    Meyle are a German make.
    Apparently they're Saab OEM but maybe someone can verify that lol.
    Moog are American and OEM for GM.
    I paid £20 the pair, but that's discount as I've a few contacts lol.

    Tbh G....Lemforder are pretty dam good stuff.
    Q drive - I've heard are just cheap pattern parts.

    Ocap and TRW - I've never heard of them.

    The meyle are on eBay at the moment for £29.99 delivered.....The guy who sells them is based in Northern Ireland and it's usually 2 day delivery....He's good.
