3 months Warranty???

I hope my fellow Vectra onwers can help here. If you buy a second hand car from a garage which is out of manufacture warranty, by law do you get still get 3 months warranty as part of consumers rights and such like??

The law now states that any fault that materialises within six months will be deemed to have been present at the time of sale. This is regardless of whether you have a warranty or not.
Now getting a dealer to act on this is something else.
