Alloy wheel cleaner and a toothbrush Dave.
I've recently used NXT Metal Polish and it's fantastic.
i have seen a gud product somewere for cleaning the tailpipes but can i
think of the name of it.
mine are clean as a whistle, not 1 sign of black sut
i`d dread doing ian.c`s think he would have to get the chimney
sweepers in.
cheers for the info guys, I think I might try two different products on either side and do a before and after shot !
mine get covered aswell!
as they should for a oil burner! none of this DPF malarky!!!
i can vouch for Autosol aswell, works very well and lasts ages. only problem is the rag gets covered in soot and there is no way it sees the inside of the washing machine like the rest of my cloths! so it's handwash only.
Best hit them with "00" wire wool 1st then any of the products mentioned will do nicely although I use either Belgom or Briliant metal restorer/cleaner
