I don't have any pics.. but i can tell you it's pretty easy. (Prices are approximations as i can't remember the exact prices)
Buy the tool for removing the old stereo (Approx £4), it just slides out. Remove the old cage (the ISO connectors are clipped on to it, they'll need unclipping).
Buy a facia from halfords for about £12 and fit the new cage for your new stereo, then the facia just pushes into the hole.
That's pretty much all there is to it. Ignore the third ISO connector.. i think this is for the display, could be mistaken though. And you may need an aeiral adapter.. i can't remember if i had to buy one or not.
The facia kit I got was from Vauxhall, includes adapter harness, price was about £28

Forgot to mention, you'll need an allen key to remove the little screws that block the holes..
Here's a better write up..
Take grub screws out of iso key holes, use iso keys to remove stereo.
Undo 8mm or Torx20 bolt in the middle at the back of the cage.
Use flat blade to release cage clips against front face of dash.
Draw forward a little and get your hand or a flatblade into the hole, push the 3 plastic tags holding the iso block into the cage.
Again use flatblade to pry aerial lead from 2 clips on cage
use flatblade to push 3 clips holding aerial connector into the cage.
remove cage.
The wiring is very tight. Aerial lead may need an iso convertor/extender.
will the vauxhall kit allow the steering wheel buttons to still work ?
No, depending on whether car is half or full canbus, you would need an adapter to plug into the radio loom. I fitted a Connects2 adapter to suit Sony headunit
I took the display out and fitted a photo frame so i never bothered with the connects2 adapter.. can't get the sterring controls to work though.. stereo turns off when i connect it.. someone mentioned running a seperate power supply to it which i haven't tried yet.
probably looking at a better steering wheel anyways .. stereo buttons on wheel are no great loss... cruise.. now thats a different matter
I used to have a touch screen stereo and found it pointless sorting out the steering controls when i could touch the screen.. would have kinda defeated the object.. however, now i've got a new stereo, i'm still teaching my brain where the buttons are so i don't have to look.
