No brainer SG!
Hmmm..... I wonder.
London is just getting way too pricy - the rubbish you get for some stupid amount of money is just not funny anymore!!
So glad i don't live in London. That house would be about £120K-£130K where I live, that's assuming it's 3 bed.
£1Million ??? oh dear.
exactly why on earth would anyone want to live in London.
"Modern mews house"? More like 1970's flat roof municipal horror.
I suppose it is worth a million of someone's money, somewhere - if they are desperate enough to live with an SW3 postcode
That's the problem, it's Chelsea / South Kensington / almost Knightsbridge, They think the chinless wonders will pay anything for the postcode.
Still doesn't excuse the asking price for it though, Have to agree with the above description of it too.
Thing is, they do though!! The other feature that will attract people is the garage - they're as rare as hen's teeth in that area.Ditto. A million quid for a 70s thing like that is just madness. WHy would anyone buy that? If you had that money, but still had to/decided to work in London, wouldn't you want to live a bit further out in a much nicer house and commute a bit?
D
If that's the case, how about my 4 bedroom house in Reading suburbs, good area, 2 car driveway, good condition, 45 mins to paddington, I'll let it go for £450.000.
Got to try your luck haven't you!
