I'm really sorry if you've been unhappy with the service we have offered yourself.
Unfortunately we do sometimes need to ask for additional information / documents / validation checks for policies that have been processed on-line. These are to protect ourselves and the insurers we deal with. I'm afraid due to the high level of fraud we experience with on-line policies we do at times need this additional information. Obviously it's difficult to comment on other insurers procedures and practices I'm afraid.
Regards,
Dan.
Hi , I understand why you do those checks but for customers such as myself it gets very annoying , taking multiple pictures of my car and then license and also license check codes along with anything else are just things I didn't have time for , my previous insurers did not ask for anything from start to finish , but you were the cheapest for myself and partner with all mods declared so I can't fault you there , thanks

That's because it's a heck of a jump and I suspect you don't have experience of the power. It's a condition placed on us that drivers must have at least 12 months' experience of the performance. Next year I'm sure we'll be fine for you.

I'm 33 and have owned/driven cars with a lot more power than 208bhp! Also the lady I spoke to on the phone didn't ask me any details, as soon as I mentioned I was changing the engine from a 1.8 to a 3.2 she said that they wouldn't be able to quote so she didn't know my age/experience etc.
Not to worry thou, @DAN@ADRIAN FLUX quoted me a really good price that I will be going with.

I was only surmising - don't know who you are. The jump from 1.8 to 3.2 for the car will be the reason rather than your experience then.
