Navi antenna/aerial size - might have found a source for the gasket
Can anyone confirm / answer the following:
1. is there any difference between Vectra C and Astra H aerial base size?
2. has the Vectra C navi aerial base different size depending on the year?
3. I know that de form of the navi aerial base is different depending of the body type (hatch has the washing nozzle, estate has a more "up-right" position for the antenna); but...is the base itself the same size? the gasket will fit from hatch to sedan or estate and vice-versa?
I am asking because I might have found a source for the gasket but the seller says that it was developed considering the size of the Astra H CD70 aerial base.

No need for templates as the gasket has been made already...but the Astra H CD70 aerial base was the reference.
But, if you have 2 antennas from 2 body types, can you confirm if their bases are the same size?

Take some pictures of the one you had next to the new gasket. I'd be interested in a seal if its the right fit ofc
oh and note the part number on its base

I have just ordered the gasket. Tomorrow or on Wednesday should be in my hands and I will be able to provide you some pictures and measurements.

Received yesterday the gasket. Please find bellow 2 photos with the front and back of it. I made also some measurements considering the edges: length and width.

Maybe some of you can measure their own aerial base and see if there are any differences. If there aren't any, then I can arrange to get the gaskets for you.
