    Default Fog Light

i'm getting a warning to tell me one of my bulbs have gone.. the only one i can find is a fog light on the rear passengers side. The bulb is ok though as i swapped them around and i got the same result. Left knackered, right working.
The left one seems to have a wire missing though.. a black/blue one but it's not in the loom anywhere... it should connect to the pin that goes to the fog light, the only reason i know it's black/blue is because theres one on the right side..... is this normal?

There is only one fog light that works on the rear of the Vectra.......... The one on the right, yes there is a bulb on the left but no wire to it though.

Work your way logically through the lighting circuits

    Switch the lamps to sidelights
Check the front, then the numberplates lights

Switch the lamps to dipped, full beam, front and rear foglights, indicators (hazard)
The remaining lights should now all be on

Finally, to check the rear lights either get someone to stand at the rear and press the brake pedal (making sure all the high level brake light bulbs come on) and reverse
If you can't get someone to check for you, find a retail park and park with the rear of the car facing the shop window

If all of these are OK, then have you changed any bulbs recently?

can be as simple as a build up of dirt or carbon on a bulb contact, clean up the terminals if in doubt.
