    Default Plasma's thanks

First off had a road trip which is gonna be the talk of the town for ages.

Massive THANK-YOU to Mark-de-Cabby, Duncan and Grandad (Ian-c) for coming up with and organising this special trip. I'll deffo be down for the next one coming along.

Didnt take no pics myself so I'll let the other pics do the talking for me. (found 3 pics on my phone)

Was excellent to be abroad with such a great group of friends. Sorry had to run off at the Maidstone services, Cabby had to get moving...

Special thanks to Harry, for babysitting my car whilst limping along on 3 cylinders half of the way to the 'Ring'. After which a quick temp repair got her running on all 4 again.. Wouldnt have let Harry miss the 'Ring' as i new he was soo looking forward to going there. One way or the other we was getting there. Even if we had to park my car up and go in his and get mine on the way back!!..

Harry made an excellent job of the 20km or so trip round the 'Ring' all credit to you mate

Also a nice thanks to Mrs Spoons and Spoons for also being on the lookout for me too. There are a truly nice couple.

Was nice to meet some new faces on the trip and hopefully more on our invited return visit

Now I better click Submit New thread before my eyes start leaking too as Spikey would say..

Sorry if i missed anyone out i'm sure it will come back to me as time goes on.

    THANK YOU ONE AND ALL

    humbly,

    Plasma

The car lasted till about 4 mile from home, (limped home) not bad considering the temp repair was over 400mile ago!! Nevermind she did me proud and will be up and running again in no time

no worries Dean - the drive to the ring wasn't so bad, just a few hairy moments trying to get up hills at 40mph.....on the motorway! you'd have done the same for me.

    was an absolutely unforgetable weekend!

What went wrong on your car Dean?

And you just don't see much art on a car these days, I love it, not for everyone I know, but 25 yrs ago it was really popular, and the things ppl used to art on their cars was amazing, everything from a Vixen to LP artwork, used to look really amazing on panel vans, the old CF twin wheeler was a real looker in it's day all A-Team'd up etc.

Glad you had a gr8 time mate and I hope they were kind to you in your relaxed moments, y'know when one of them sneaks up on you with a camera etc.
