confused New Car - Oldie has to go

My company's car allowance scheme has been shaken up a bit, which now makes it a better option to have a company car as opposed to running my own - which leads to the problem of selling my old Vec - although looking through the Estate options on the list, I'm pretty sure I'll be replacing it with a new Veccy Estate - I'm just a Vauxhall fan, can't see me changing brands!

Question is, what can I get for my car as is:

2004 (54) Vectra 1.9 CDTi 120 Estate (Reg Sep 2004) - Spec LS.
84,000 miles - 80-90% of my mileage is open road / motorway.
Some Service History, last service (full) at 70K. Minor oil & filter service @ 82k.
No accident damage at all, never been in an accident.
Paintwork good all round, just a couple of minor chips / scratches here & there.
Drives like a good 'un, no problems mechanically except for a slightly noisy clutch release bearing.
New brake pads front & rear, new discs front.
Tyres - rear, <1k miles. Fronts <4k, 3k of which was on the rear. They are literally brand new. (Goodyear NCT's)
No mods - it's used for work mainly. (Unless you count removing the pipe in the airbox!)

I was hoping to get around £5,600 - £5,800? Am I aiming right? The cheapest on Auto Trader is around £6k, so I seem to be in the ballpark.

I would say £5500 to £6000 is about right for the CDTi.

Car dealers are a laugh when it comes to prices, I had one earlier in the yr offer me £6500 for my car, stating that's all it's worth, yet they had an identical one for sale same yr.spec and 5k more on the clock up for 8.5k, I wanted 7.5k for mine at the time, which is what i felt would have been a good deal for all, it would have given them whatever they had in the car I wanted to buy from them, plus £1000 to play around with in mine.
