Two new front tyres this week - bridgestones did 25k on the rear and then 15k on the front. Not bad for a car weighing the best part of 2 tons...

I dropped mine in the local VX dealer on Friday to have new n/s door pillars and rubber seals fitted (damaged when I bought it) - been on order for about 2 months from Germany. Got the car back like this!:

.This is why I left the main dealers where I worked cos people don't have pride in there work anymor e, take yours for instance just another couple of minutes adjusting and it would be right or take it back to the parts department and get another one and made sure it fitted right but no it's all rush rush rush

I agree fully, I can't believe the chap put this back together,... looked at it and thought, 'yep,... job done'.... ******!!

I'd love to be able to post something interesting in this thread but the truth is that I've been laid up after wrecking my ankle a week and a half ago (grade three sprain).

The cars currently sitting at my mum and dads in desperate need of a wash (and bringing home to my garage) but I'm signed off work and can't drive.....frustrated isn't the word
