i think it's a bit mad how it's been like that for 10 years, only found out because of the registration input on the insurance websites, i guess the other owners didn't use websites.

i had this once with an auto that showed up on databases as being a manual, was cheap to insure untill i ran through a quote once and told them it was an auto (doh), the price doubled. weird why. why is it so much more to insure an auto anyway?

probably some dumb reason like less attention when driving an auto or something
